West Coast Fours

Player Fee: £10 + £15 for Oceanfest (when bought together)

West Coast Fours is played to the BULA 4-on-4 rules and has space for up to 12 teams on fine golden sands of the North Devon coastline. This year the entry fee is on a per player fee of just £10, minimum of six players. The tournament is hosted on behalf of The Academy of Beach Sports at the Gold Coast Oceanfest in Croyde. The Ultimate event runs for two days over the Saturday & Sunday and will include Disc Golf in the Dunes as part of the package.

UK Ultimate Leader Award

If you are planning to introduce ultimate in your school, area, project or would like to know enough about the game to just consider whether to do so, then this course is for you! The course is all practical and is entirely covered in a three hour session. It is intended to give you just enough information to get started.

Coaching can be provided in a place to suit your needs on any playing surface that is flat and hazard free. All the equipment for a session is provided by the coach who tailors the session to needs of the group.

About Us

Lion44 is a specalist at Disc Sports coaching and tournaments operator based in the Southwest of England. Our owner and operatior is former GB Youth Coach Phil Richardson. We work with schools, univerities, local althorities and youth clubs to deliver to needs of these varying groups. Our coaching philosophy is to offer sports such as Ultimate and Disc Golf to everyone, introducing the counter culture of these sports. Through work with UK Ultimate as a Leader Award Educator we are also helping spread the skills needed to coach Ultimate.
